Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Mami Glow Wellness, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully, as they outline the responsibilities of both clients and Mami Glow Wellness to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

 

Role of Mami Glow Wellness
  • Mami Glow Wellness acts as an intermediary connecting clients with licensed, independent service providers who deliver in-home beauty and wellness services.

  • While we coordinate the booking process and scheduling, all services are performed by independent contractors.

  • Mami Glow Wellness is not directly responsible for providing the services and is not liable for the actions or omissions of service providers.
     

Service Providers
  • All providers are independent contractors who are fully licensed and vetted to meet Mami Glow Wellness’s standards.

  • Mami Glow Wellness is not responsible for any negligence, misconduct, or performance-related issues of individual providers.

 
Booking, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
  • When booking, you confirm that all provided information (address, contact details, and service type) is accurate.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will only get 50% refund.

  • To reschedule, contact Mami Glow Wellness at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll accommodate your request based on provider availability.

  • Life with little ones can be unpredictable, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust schedules fairly for our providers and clients.

 

Parking and Access
  • Clients are responsible for covering any parking, valet, or building access fees required for providers to perform at-home services.

  • Please ensure that the provider has easy access to your home or building at the time of service.

 

Client Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the service location is clean, safe, and suitable for the treatment.

  • Inform Mami Glow Wellness and your provider of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • Providers have the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if health risks are disclosed too late to proceed safely.

  • If the environment is unsuitable or unsafe, the appointment may be canceled without refund.
     

Health and Safety Disclaimer
  • Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, or allergies must notify Mami Glow Wellness before booking.

  • Depending on the service, a health declaration form may be required.

  • All treatments carry some inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge that Mami Glow Wellness is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or post-service effects.

 

Liability and Disclaimers
  • Mami Glow Wellness is not liable for any injury, property damage, or health complications arising during or after the service.

  • You release Mami Glow Wellness and its affiliates from any liability related to the services provided by independent contractors.

  • Providers are responsible for their professional conduct, performance, and compliance with licensing requirements.
     

Client Conduct
  • Clients must treat all providers with professionalism and respect.

  • Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

  • Providers reserve the right to leave if a client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Mami Glow Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or unsafe environments.

 

Tipping
  • While tipping is not required, it is greatly appreciated as a way to show gratitude for your provider’s care and professionalism.

  • Tips can be given in cash or through the provider’s preferred digital payment method.

 

Client Satisfaction
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify Mami Glow Wellness within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include a redo, partial refund, or another fair solution.

  • While we strive to exceed your expectations, results may vary due to individual factors such as skin type, health, or lifestyle.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality
  • Your personal and health information is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling and providing services.

  • We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to complete your booking.

Service Modifications and Substitutions
  • Mami Glow Wellness reserves the right to modify or substitute services, pricing, or providers as necessary.

  • If your scheduled provider becomes unavailable, we’ll assign another qualified professional and notify you as soon as possible.
     

Promotional Offers
  • From time to time, Mami Glow Wellness may offer promotional pricing or packages.

  • These offers have specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
     

Dispute Resolution
  • We aim to resolve all issues amicably. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing arbitration.

  • Any arbitration will take place in Miami, Florida, and be governed by Florida law.

  • The prevailing party in any legal action may recover reasonable legal fees.

 

Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
     

Intellectual Property
  • All content, logos, and materials associated with Mami Glow Wellness are protected by copyright and trademark law.

  • Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

 

Force Majeure
  • Mami Glow Wellness is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, transportation issues, or provider illness.
     

Severability
  • If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full effect.
     

Non-Transferability
  • You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without written consent.
     

Independent Contractor Relationship
  • Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Mami Glow Wellness.

  • Mami Glow Wellness is not responsible for provider taxes, benefits, or insurance.

 

Third-Party Services
  • We may use third-party payment processors or booking platforms.

  • Mami Glow Wellness is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party systems or technical failures.
     

Feedback and Complaints
  • We value your feedback and encourage you to share any comments, positive or constructive.

  • If you have a complaint, please reach out within 24 hours so we can promptly review and address the issue.

  • While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, we’re committed to ensuring each client feels cared for and supported.

 

By booking a service with Mami Glow Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
