Cancelation Policy

At Mami Glow Wellness, we strive to provide every client with the highest quality, personalized self-care services. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have the following cancellation policy:

Standard Cancellations:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within this window are considered late cancellations.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend the appointment without notice, will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

First-Time Exceptions:

• Mami Glow Wellness may, at its discretion, offer leniency for first-time late cancellations or unforeseen emergencies. Clients are encouraged to contact us promptly to discuss their situation.

Booking Acknowledgment:

• By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
