 Mami Glow Wellness is a luxury wellness service created for mothers. We bring personalized, postpartum-safe treatments—such as massages, blowouts, and personal training—directly to your doorstep. Our mission is to help moms feel rejuvenated, confident, and connected to themselves again without leaving home.

How does Mami Glow Wellness work? 
 Simply visit our website, select your desired service, date, and time, and book your appointment online. Your licensed provider will arrive with all necessary equipment for a seamless, spa-quality experience in your home or hotel.
 
Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment? 
 All bookings can be made through our website. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

Do I need to complete any forms before my appointment? 
 Yes. All clients are required to complete a short intake form before their appointment to confirm services.
 
- 
Do I need to provide ID? 
 Yes. For the safety of our team and clients, we require uploading a valid ID during the booking process.

Can I choose my provider? 
 Yes! You may select your preferred provider based on availability when booking.
 
- 
How far in advance should I book? 
 We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot. We are not currently offering same-day appointments.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? 
 We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable! We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us adjust schedules and offer the spot to another mama who’s waiting for self-care.- 
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t show up, a 50% fee of your service will apply. 
 We appreciate your understanding and help in keeping our schedule running smoothly.

Do clients need to cover parking or valet fees? 
 Yes. In Miami, many residential buildings and hotels require paid parking or valet. Any parking or valet fees are the client’s responsibility and must be covered at the time of service.

 Yes, we offer lymphatic drainage massages that are beneficial post-surgery or postpartum. Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any medical concerns.

Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment? 
 Please ensure a clean, quiet space for your treatment. For hair services, please have hair washed and damp 15 min before appointment. For massage services, provide enough space for a massage table.

Can I request add-ons or customizations? 
 Absolutely! Certain services offer add-ons (like scalp treatments or extended sessions). You can note your preferences when booking or contact us directly.

What are your hygiene and sanitation standards? 
 All service providers follow strict hygiene protocols, including disinfecting tools and sanitizing hands and equipment before and after every service.
 
Payments & Pricing

How much do services cost?

What payment methods do you accept? 
 We accept credit/debit cards through our booking platform. Please note payment is due at the time of booking and we do not accept payment in person for service.

How does tipping work? 
 While not required, it’s a wonderful way to show appreciation for your provider’s care and expertise. Most clients choose to tip 15–25%, either in cash or through the platform, to thank their provider for delivering a relaxing, personalized experience.
Policies & Additional Questions

Do you offer gift cards? 
 Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards on our website — a perfect gift for new moms, baby showers, or birthdays.

Can I book a spa party or group session? 
 Yes! We offer spa parties, mom gatherings, and group wellness sessions. Contact us for a custom quote or event package.

Are your providers licensed professionals? 
 Yes. All Mami Glow Wellness providers are licensed, insured, and trained professionals..

What if my provider is late? 
 We do our best to ensure punctuality. If your provider is running late, you’ll be notified immediately. In cases of significant delay, we’ll help reschedule or apply a partial credit.

What is your refund policy? 
 We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you’re unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.

I’ve never booked an at-home spa service before, what should I expect? 
 Expect convenience and relaxation from start to finish. Your provider will bring everything needed for your treatment and guide you through the setup process. All you need to do is relax and enjoy!
